About Spice Agency

Ute Naumann is founder of Spice Agency and passionate sales agent, consultant, product and print designer in the fair & eco fashion and lifestyle segment.

With just 19 years, she opened her first retail store in Munich, later she worked as a stage clothing designer in New York and Miami, where she lived for 12 years.

After years as a grafik artist and web designer she returned to the fashion business – but now with the focus of sustainability and respect for workers and the environment:

"Ethical fashion has to become the standard and ensuring transparency and fairness in the production chain of the textile industry has to be the target."

Ute Naumann gründete in München die Spice Agency 2011 und lebt ihre Überzeugung im Ethical und Fair Fashion Business. Mit 19 Jahren hatte sie den Mut, ihren ersten eigenen Store zu eröffnen. Später arbeitete sie als Bühnenbildnerin und Grafikdesignerin  - viele Jahre in New York und Miami. Ihre Leidenschaft ist der Vertrieb - egal ob als General Sales Agent oder für kleine Liebhaberlabels als Vertreterin. Darüber hinaus designt sie Lifestyle-Produkte, unterhält persönliche und lang gepflegte Kontakte zu kleinen Manufakturen, Produkt-Herstellern in Indien, in Jordanien, in der Türkei und in China, die fair & sozial verantwortlich produzieren.
